- The map gives an overview of research groups, institutions, and companies working on genetics, breeding, phenotyping, and G2P in farmed insects.
- It focuses on EuroFAANG RI & Insect-IMP members and close collaborators across Europe (and beyond), helping users quickly find who is working on what and where.
- This map aims to support EuroFAANG RI and Insect-IMP goals on community mapping, improved networking opportunities, leveraging existing knowledge, facilitating inclusiveness, and complementing the Knowledge Hub we are building.
- Entries indicate name, email, affiliation, country, and the Working Group(s) the member participates in.
HOW TO USE THE MAP
The map is an early version and will be expanded over time – it has been designed in partnership with INSECT-IMP. We hope to include in the future; species, topics/methods (e.g. genetic diversity, breeding design, phenotyping, GxE), and available resources (e.g. datasets, facilities, tools) to support collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Use the map to explore and to identify potential partners.
