A workshop on genotype to phenotype research in domestic animals: in vitro models and standards
About the Workshop:
In the frame of the EuroFAANG INFRA-DEV project, funded by the EU Commission, INRAE is organizing a hybrid workshop on the potential of cellular systems and genome editing in farm animals to validate hypotheses and explore new ones while adhering to the ethical principles of the 3Rs.
Although registration for in-person participation is closed, it is still possible to register to attend the workshop online.
On-line participants will be able to attend the main lectures and three practical sessions: Design of CRISPR/Cas9 experiment, Metadata standards and Single-cell data analysis: organoids vs. tissues.
Online registrations will close on 24 January 2025.
